The time has come! Welcome to Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts ✨ All Aerial Classes will now be held at our new studio 2860 NE Rivergate Street going forward.

Phase 1 of our new studio build out is mostly complete. All of our Aerial points are on lower out systems and had the final load and shock load testing done over the weekend. We’ve got some jumbo crash mats for the higher points and some new additions including Swiss ladders and a balance beam for extra conditioning!

We can’t wait to see you all for classes this week!

Meet guest coach Iza! We are thrilled to have Iza coaching Rope and Dynamics at our July 14-17 Int/Adv Act Creation Camp and our July 28-30 Circus Camp. Read on to learn more about Iza!

Iza entered the circus world in 2019 by way of the hula hoop and has since expanded her disciplines to include juggling, multi-hoops, fire spinning, aerial silks, straps, and primarily aerial rope. She has had the pleasure of training in various parts of the world with several exceptional coaches, and is currently between years of professional circus school in Spain. Iza appreciates the sense of collaboration and community within the circus world and loves to share that passion with others through performance, skill-sharing, and everything in between.

Big news! Our new studio construction is complete, and we are starting the move-in!! Yay! I had my first private session with the incredible Holland in the new space today, and even though I've got a lot of work still to do to get set up, it felt good to practice here! All aerial classes will be here soon. Stay tuned for the official announcement! 💕🎉

We are all doing backflips with excitement as we finish up our recital routines! Our performing group's Student Showcase on June 14 features unique solos and duos created by our students. They became their own creative directors and chose their own music. It’s truly magical to see their skills and creativity come together with inspiring routines!

Our Rec Student Showcase on June 15 features seven youth rec class group routines, our teen duo, and a handful of adult student solos!

I am so incredibly proud of these performers! These kids have come so far in the past eight months, and they put on the most magnificent show this past weekend!

HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support our young aerialists and donate to our program. We could not do this without your support!

We can’t wait to create more Aerial Art in our soon-to-be new aerial home✨

THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!! Is it the finished space I had hoped to present? No! Is this super stressful? For sure! Is the show going to be amazing and inspiring anyway? HECK YES!!!! And, most notably, our rigging is up 🎉

Tomorrow is the last day to buy tickets to the show. Due to the delays in the building, we are getting really creative with ways to make it happen. We will be renting portable bathrooms, running electricity from a spider box, and relying on rechargeable stage lights (thanks, Jocela). It will not be perfect, but the hard work, dedication, and hours of training these kids (and parents) have invested to put on this show will make it all worth it!

Huge THANK YOU to all the parents, students, and friends who have offered to clean, prep, and remind us that regardless of circumstances, what we are creating is beautiful and important 😭💗✨

Our Circus Camp offers a 3-day camp for campers to build skills in a relaxed environment filled with games and creative movement opportunities. Campers will be grouped by age and experience. At the end of camp, campers will have the chance to showcase their learned skills informally without the pressure of a formal showcase.

We are excited to offer a 4-day camp for kids aged 6 and up, focusing on skill-building, act creation and mask making. Obstacle Course Aerial Fun Days are the BEST! Come build obstacle courses and learn awesome aerial skills with us this Spring Break 🤩 We have camps on Monday 3/24, Wednesday 3/26, and Friday 3/28!!

I love my students, classes, camps, birthday parties, and this little chapel— the windows, the energy, and the charm. This little space has served us so well, but it’s time we move on. If you don’t know, now ya know- WE ARE MOVING 🎉 Our new space, worthy of the incredible talent growing in this community, gives us double the square footage, plenty of parking, and, most importantly, vertical space of up to 23’, ideal for aerial arts.

We will debut our new and improved training space with our Spring show, “Once Upon a Dream,” on April 12 and 13. We hope you'll join us for an evening of celebration and witness the talent of our performing group students, who have been working so hard and have grown so much as aerialists in these past few months.

I am so excited and a little nervous, as change is hard, and expansion is always risky for a small business. However, I am so passionate about aerial and this program. Day camp is ON tomorrow, Monday, 2/17. Due to our snow day cancellation last Friday, we have guest coach/ trapeze specialist Emily ALL DAY, along with Coach Jessie and Coach Lael! The best part? With extra coaches comes extra kiddos, and we now have 4 available spots for tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for aerial skill building, games, challenges, obstacles, and a walking workout for ice cream at Serendipity! All levels are welcome. Kiddos will be grouped by experience level!

2024 was a dream realized by a fantastic community and a lot of hard work! Thanks for a great year!

As a mom of three and a small business owner, I often find myself so focused on the whirlwind of daily life that it’s rare for me to take a moment to reflect. Looking back on 2024 at Earth & Elevate, my passion project, I can’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude for the remarkable growth we experienced this past year, all thanks to the unwavering support of our community.

In 2024, we hosted two unforgettable aerial shows, conducted four successful summer camps, promoted four students to instructor, assistant coach, and junior coach roles, and offered over 850 aerial classes to our growing family of aerial enthusiasts. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our incredible students and their families.

Thank you to everyone who has taken a class, attended an event, and supported our community this year. We are looking forward to a fantastic 2025! Happy New Year!

My name is Amber, and I am thrilled to practice aerial yoga with you! I began my yoga journey 6 years ago and quickly fell in love with it due to the peace, strength, and connection to my body it brought me. When I discovered aerial yoga, my passion for the practice really took flight!

I believe aerial yoga is more than just a workout; it’s an opportunity to connect with your body and mind in a spirited way. Whether you are completely new to aerial yoga or have prior experience, we will focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and finding creativity and balance—both on and off the silks!

My teaching style is a mixture of playfulness with flows, shapes, and inversions, combined with juicy stretches, conditioning, and restorative postures. I aim to create a balance between energizing movement and soothing stretches, helping you feel both invigorated and grounded by the end of each session.

Rainy Day Aerial Play is coming soon to the weekly late-morning schedule! An open gym style drop-in play session for preschool kiddos and caregivers because we have yet to see any kid dislike a room full of sensory swings and crash mats. Swing, spin, dance, crash, cocoon, build forts, and tumble around to get some much needed movement and sensory stimulation during the dark and cold days of winter! $10/ drop-in, $40 5-sessions, $70 10- sessions!

Welcome guest coach, Tora!

Tora will be subbing Adult Aerial at 5:45 pm and Aerial Yoga at 7 pm on Tuesday October 1 and will be offering a 3-week Intro to Aerial Yoga series Tuesday October 8- 22 at 7 pm.

Tora is a McMinnville native that currently resides in Portland. Her background is mainly in dance and theater, she currently teaches and performs circus/aerial dance with Awol Dance Collective’s Circus Rose group. She’s also a regular at Dante’s Sinferno Cabaret. Tora teaches aerial yoga, silks, hoop and specialty hoop workshops, and likes to attend a Bikram yoga or a dance class whenever she can. When not on the move, Tora enjoys spending time with friends, watching movies or snuggling with her little black cat Fosse.
